I So don’t want to go home….. It is SOOO warm and beautiful! I wish I could just lay by the pool for another week. I don’t want to go home to yucky weather. (and real life) …….I stayed awake the whole way down, which was a good thing. There were a couple of times that I started getting drowsy but I just woke up Stetson and told him to talk to me or I stopped for more gas… And we made it.. Whew…
I listened to another good book on my I-pod on the way down, “Heaven is for real” It was a Protestant Pastor’s story of his 4 year old little boy’s experience of dying during a surgery and.. coming back to tell about it. Interesting…. He said he saw Jesus and sat on his lap. And he saw him sitting on the right hand of God, with Gabriel on the other.. I‘ve read a lot of “near death experience” books and find them so very interesting…
We have been staying at the Excalibur Hotel
I have however, had it with the cigarette smell ..cough, cough cough,,,bleec. We went over to the Mandalay Bay to visit the Shark Reef and we all noticed that it was very empty and didn’t smell like cigarettes so note to self, do not stay at this hotel again. (plus there were no bolt locks on the door and that freaks me out)
I picked up Chad and Jordan from the airport this morning and we played all day since Stetson lost all 4 of his baseball games and doesn’t play anymore…
