DONNY AND MARIE.. HERE WE COME!!

 I’m crossing it off of my bucket list!

 I bought the tickets on line and Marne and I and our littles’ headed south for the weekend.

We arrived to our house in St,. George, of which it’s been a whole year since we’ve been here.. New tile, new couch, new paint, new décor…. Looks GREAT!! The weather was SOOO PERFECT!! LOVE>>>

Getting ready to head south the next morning to VEGAS, when I realize I have a voice message.     “We’re sorry, but Donny has canceled all shows for the this weekend and we will be refunding you you’re money”… WHAT!!!! Grrrrrr.

Oh well, on to the next thing on the bucket list.. The ‘Las Vegas Temple!” Good-by to littles’, do your reading, play games, eat and get along…

BEAUTIFUL temple. Different design. LOVED  the chandeliers and the intricate mirrors..  So WHITE and PEACEFUL..

 

The flower smelled SO good. I thought maybe we just weren't used to those scents this time of year but we were told that it always smells So yummy right by the doors..

 Marne' hates this picture. She thinks she looks like a giant man woman.. I hate it cuz I feel like a short squatty person.. oh well, documentation..

  A quick visit to Marne’s sister in laws house and then back to st.. George to watch THE HUNGER GAMES!! (Marne had not read the book and she was quite disturbed that her little girl was SO happy and couldn’t stop smiling for her love of the movie) Kinda violent

 

Decide to sleep together in the big bed !! Thank goodness for ambien!

 Saturday was Maddie’s dance competitions and our quilt day. In between dances we went back to the house to make a baby quilt for her new soon to be granddaughter.

Maddie danced really good and hey got 1st place!

Sunday morning clean up and drive home.. So much chatting if felt as though we only drove for an hour…nice.. Home to laundry..
