Our weekend was full of activity,
not even including all the Easter Egg activities.. Saturday morning we took
“Neighbor Scott” to airborne for his birthday. I was slightly nervous. All
those trampolines and bounce pits and all those other kids… Signing the release
form was nerve racking but “everybody was doing it” so…
When I came back to pick them up,
they informed me that a girl was takin off on a stretcher with her neck in a
brace. I figured we escaped injury
for the day…wrong
Later in the evening. Hudson came
running in yelling “Mom! Help, I’m bleeding everywhere.” He’d rammed his head into the baskeball
hoop doing slam dunks. Oh great, Blood was truly running out of his head. I
couldn’t see the wound cuz every time I would wipe it off, his face would be
full of blood again. Reassuring him that heads always bleed like crazy, we
finally got him cleaned up enough to see that he would indeed need stitches…But
that’s not all..
Upon arriving home at 10:30 pm. We
find Stockton limping around on crutches exclaiming that he sprained his ankle
on neighbor Scott’s trampoline…
Luckily Hudson's stab and slash is mostly under his hair, unlike Jordan who also rammed his head into the basketball rim... He now has a Harry Potter scar
